Kopen jullie ook producten in?

Ja, wij kopen diverse verzamelobjecten in, met name Pokémon TCG-producten zoals losse kaarten, sealed producten en complete collecties.

Voor Pokémon TCG hanteren wij doorgaans een inkoopprijs van 85% tot 90% van de actuele Cardmarket Nederland-marktwaarde, afhankelijk van de conditie, zeldzaamheid, vraag en verkoopbaarheid van het product.

Op dit moment kopen wij geen Funko Pops in.

Wilt u uw collectie verkopen? Neem dan vrijblijvend contact met ons op via e-mail. Vermeld indien mogelijk een omschrijving en foto's van de producten, zodat wij een passende offerte kunnen uitbrengen.

Wat is het retourbeleid?

Wij vinden het belangrijk dat u tevreden bent met uw aankoop. Bent u niet tevreden of is er iets mis met uw bestelling? Neem dan zo snel mogelijk contact met ons op. Wij zoeken graag samen naar een passende oplossing.

Als consument heeft u het wettelijke recht om uw bestelling binnen 14 dagen na ontvangst zonder opgave van reden te herroepen. Na uw melding heeft u nog 14 dagen om het product aan ons retour te sturen.

Retourzendingen dienen, voor zover redelijkerwijs mogelijk, compleet, ongebruikt en in de originele verpakking te worden teruggestuurd.

Zijn pre-orders definitief?

Ja. Zodra u een pre-order plaatst, reserveren of bestellen wij het product direct bij onze leverancier.

Door een pre-order te plaatsen gaat u een koopovereenkomst aan. Indien een leverancier een product niet kan leveren of een release wordt geannuleerd, ontvangt u uiteraard het volledige aankoopbedrag terug.

Releasedata zijn altijd onder voorbehoud van wijzigingen door de fabrikant of distributeur.

Kan ik een sealed product retourneren?

Ja, zolang dit binnen de wettelijke regels valt.

Wanneer een sealed product ongeopend is en de originele verzegeling intact is, kunt u gebruikmaken van uw wettelijke herroepingsrecht.

Is de verzegeling verbroken of is het product geopend, dan kan het herroepingsrecht vervallen indien de wet dit toestaat. Neem bij twijfel altijd eerst contact met ons op voordat u een retourzending verstuurt.

Wat zijn de verzendkosten?

De verzendkosten worden automatisch berekend tijdens het afrekenen.

De hoogte van de verzendkosten is afhankelijk van:

het afleveradres;
het gewicht en de afmetingen van de bestelling;
de gekozen verzendmethode.

Voordat u uw bestelling afrondt, ziet u altijd de totale verzendkosten.

Zijn jullie producten origineel?

Ja. Wij verkopen uitsluitend 100% authentieke producten.

Onze producten zijn afkomstig van officiële distributeurs, erkende leveranciers of zorgvuldig gecontroleerde inkoop. Wij verkopen geen namaakproducten.

Wanneer ontvang ik mijn bestelling?

Wij verwerken bestellingen zo snel mogelijk nadat de betaling is ontvangen.

Na verzending ontvangt u, indien beschikbaar, een e-mail met een Track & Trace-code waarmee u uw bestelling kunt volgen.

De uiteindelijke levertijd is afhankelijk van de gekozen vervoerder en het afleveradres.

Hoe worden losse kaarten verpakt?

Wij besteden veel zorg aan het verpakken van uw bestelling.

Losse kaarten worden, afhankelijk van hun waarde, verpakt in sleeves, top loaders, team bags en bubbelenvelop of stevige kartonnen verzendverpakkingen om transportschade zoveel mogelijk te voorkomen.

Kan ik mijn bestelling wijzigen of annuleren?

Wilt u uw bestelling wijzigen of annuleren? Neem dan zo snel mogelijk contact met ons op.

Wanneer uw bestelling nog niet is verwerkt of verzonden, zullen wij ons best doen uw verzoek te verwerken. Zodra een bestelling is verzonden, is wijzigen of annuleren in de meeste gevallen niet meer mogelijk.
